The member registration process is done by directing the user to fill the mandatory information like name, gender, age, mobile number, the plan offered to the user. The special feature is the access is controlled by biometrics system which would allow members to enter gym premises by finger print access which is provided at the time of registration.
Settings
This feature provides the Gym service provider with the options to flexibly edit the user profiles by adding, deleting the packages, programs, plan, batch and trainer assigned to the member.
Enquires
This feature captures the no of walk in users attracted by the web application which would help the service provider to track on the calls or e-mail enquires followed up after visiting the premises
Member management
This feature eases out the membership management by providing fields such as Ongoing members, Active members, Upcoming renewals and Expired member subscriptions of existing members based on their subscribed plan duration.
Payments
The payment feature is provided for various categories for the members to make payments at the time of registration, and any amendments later which the fees/subscription amount was tagged to their respective plans, programs, packages, batches and trainers.
Reports
The reporting feature would provided with variants such as paid members, existing members, members with expired subscriptions, batch wise, active members with programs, packages, plans assigned to them.
